The Courtyard at the Clybaun is one of the most loved Carvery’s in the city. Enjoy all your favourite traditional roasts, freshly prepared each Sunday by our skilled culinary team from 12.30 until 4pm. As you enter the newly refurbished Courtyard, you are greeted with our charming customer service, sit back and relax, your taste buds will soak up an array of beautiful Irish dishes specially selected on our Sunday carvery menu.

With a wonderful selection of light starters, from the classic, Chicken and Mushroom Vol au Vent to a hearty Seafood Chowder, the delectable menu continues with an array of Prime Roast Meats, including Irish Beef, Spring Lamb and Salmon, delicious Potatoes, Roast Vegetables and Sauces.

Our wonderful menu draws to a close with the Carvery dessert menu. Several favourites including Cheesecake, Apple Tart and Banoffee, what's not to love.
